You hop on your bike, ride downtown, and spend a carefree afternoon drinking coffee, sifting through thrift shop items, and finding a new plant for your kitchen window. The town is quiet with no crowds. You have nowhere to be and nothing to do. It's truly a relaxing day.
The buildings in this print are based on my childhood hometown's Main Street. Many of these old buildings are now vacant. As I worked on this piece, I imagined what I would like each of these buildings to be if I could save them.
